Level Up — Reentry Workshop
Level Up provides guidance, support, and real-life tools for individuals returning home. We focus on structure, employment readiness, mindset, and positive decision-making to help participants rebuild and move forward with confidence.
Anti-Bullying — Concert and Tour
Our Anti-Bullying Tour uses music, education, and live engagement to teach respect, courage, and unity. Students learn how to recognize bullying, stand up safely, and support a positive school culture.
Future Builders — Trades & Skills Development
Future Builders introduces youth to hands-on trade skills such as repairs, construction basics, and tools training. Students gain real work experience, responsibility, and the confidence to build career paths in skilled trades.

The Behavior Lab (Youth Behavior & Support Track)
The Behavior Lab is Philly Be Safe’s signature youth behavior and support program — a structured, prevention-focused space where students build emotional control, accountability, and positive decision-making skills.
Through real-life scenarios, hands-on activities, and guided mentorship, students learn how to apply healthy behavior strategies at school, at home, and in their community.
The Behavior Lab (Skill-Building & Growth Track)
This component of The Behavior Lab focuses on structured skill-building sessions centered on mindset, confidence, conflict resolution, and social-emotional growth.
Students identify strengths, improve behavior patterns, and develop tools that support academic success and healthy peer relationships — one student at a time.
Water Ice Program
Our Water Ice Program gives youth hands-on experience running a real micro-business. Students learn customer service, money management, teamwork, and responsibility — all while serving the community with a fun summer treat.
TKTK — Talented Kids Teaching Kids
TKTK empowers youth to showcase their talents and teach their skills to other kids. Whether it’s art, music, cooking, or creativity, students become leaders, mentors, and role models for their peers.
The Give Back Zone
The Give Back Zone teaches the importance of service, gratitude, and community pride. Students participate in neighborhood clean-ups, food distributions, clothing drives, and small acts of kindness that make a big impact.
Philly Be Safe — Mission Statement
Philly Be Safe is a youth-centered, community-driven nonprofit committed to empowering students, strengthening families, and transforming neighborhoods — one program, one person, one block at a time.
We provide structured, engaging, and culturally relevant programs that teach discipline, emotional intelligence, leadership, and real-world skills. Through initiatives like The Behavior Lab, Anti-Bullying Intervention, Level Up Re-Entry Support, The Water Ice Program, TKTK (Talent Kids Teaching Kids), and Community Give-Back Projects, we guide young people toward positive choices, resilience, and self-confidence.
Our mission is to create safe spaces where students can grow academically, emotionally, and socially — while learning responsibility, teamwork, conflict resolution, and pride in their community. We do this with mentorship, consistency, structure, and love.
Philly Be Safe equips youth with the tools to succeed in school, in life, and in their communities — building a future where every child feels valued, supported, and unstoppable.
