Level Up is an adult-focused reentry and personal development initiative operated by Philly Be Safe (PBS).
The program supports individuals involved in the criminal justice system at critical transition points, helping them strengthen mindset, discipline, and decision-making.
Level Up is built to help participants focus on positive outcomes, personal accountability, and long-term stability.
Level Up supports adults who are:
Preparing for court or sentencing
Currently incarcerated
Returning home after incarceration
Struggling with structure, decision-making, or emotional control
Seeking personal growth, accountability, and direction
This program is designed for real-life situations, not theory.

Focus: Awareness, mindset, and accountability
Participants work on:
Mental preparation for court
Emotional regulation and self-control
Understanding consequences and responsibility
Shifting focus toward positive outcomes
Focus: Discipline, structure, and reflection
Participants focus on:
Personal discipline and routine
Managing anger, stress, and frustration
Self-reflection and internal accountability
Goal-setting for reentry
Level Up III – Post-Release Reentry
Focus: Stability, reintegration, and growth
Participants work on:
Reentry mindset and consistency
Personal responsibility and structure
Avoiding negative cycles
Building purpose and long-term focus
